Abortion as illegal theme in Peru

At present, many people have categorical positions in the field of abortion. While all perspectives merit respect, in Peru the voluntary interruption of the gestation process is illegal. The reasons are diverse, such as medical views, the importance of a Catholic Christian country and medical ethics issues. However, without ignoring the context and nature of these arguments, we support our position against abortion for the value of human life in its different aspects.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), abortion is defined as the termination of a pregnancy, that is, the expulsion of the fetus is naturally or caused. This can be given by two situations the first because the mother does not want to have it and the abortion is caused and the second when the fetus does not have the strength to live on that is known as a therapeutic abortion. We consider the interruption of a very risky pregnancy, due to the collateral damage and the consequences that this fiasco brings. Ana Cristina Sanchez Aranda, Biologist, says:

Life is so beautiful depending on how each individual sees it. Being a mother is a wonderful stage that can happen to a woman, it’s so beautifulOf tenderness, even more many women decide to get rid of the child they carry in their bellies, taking for them perhaps the best decision, thus causing severe short and long term damage from small injuries to the cervix to complicated stages of breast cancer; As is known, not only internal damage is caused, but also, moral and social damage since they are condemned to a social judgment for a large part of the community where they live that will last long generating distrust, confusion and the bewildered in themfear.

Wait! Abortion As Illegal Theme In Peru paper is just an example!

The fact that the mother has the right to choose on the fetus inside, because this is an abuse against life and the rights of the child to be born, since since conception there is a human life, it isConsider embryo until the eighth week and fetus from the ninth week, that is, a unique, different and independent human being of the mother, which needs the maternal cloister for its development, Mabel Bianco, president of the Foundation for Study and Research ofThe woman (Feim) said: ‘From the biological-vaulular point of view, ovule and sperm cells when they join generate the beginning of the reproduction process, which is considered the conception’. To point out, as proclaimed, that abortion is an exercise in freedom because the woman owns her own body, is a falsehood, because abortion affects a life different from that of pregnant woman, which is also that ofYour own son.«(Nicolás Jouve de la Barreda. Doctor of Biological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and Professor of Genetics at the University of Alcalá. He has been president of the Spanish Society of Genetics and collaborator of the Unesco Bioethics Chair.

Another argument in favor that abortion is legalized is due to violations, however this can be refuted from conception what marks before and after the human zygote, endowed with the biological autonomy that confers its genetic material, evolves and develops dependence on the medium that gives support and support, his mother’s body. Communication with the pregnant mother occurs from day one, through hormonal signals to which the organism that gestures it responds by providing the conditions for the development of the fetus. The details that are known about this development are innumerable, and are highly suggestive for the biological foundation of the value that this stage of human life deserves.«(César Namela Cano, rector of the Menéndez Pelayo International University and Professor of Microbiology of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Complutense University of Madrid. He was president of the Higher Council for Scientific Research in Spain.

So even in a one -week embryo, with these new techniques, we can already say, "he is a man" or "she is a woman," and therefore we know that the embryo is already, in fact, a human person. And, if I am not confused with English; When he refers to the embryo I would not say "that", because we know that there is a human being there. Like a sailor on her ship, I would prefer to say: she is there. Remember that the small human embryo already has the properties that allow us to recognize that she is a woman, for example. It exceeds my imagination as a geneticist that legislators, knowing that this one -week embryo is a girl, they would not realize, while a human person is!»(Jérôme Lejeune. French genetic doctor, discoverer of the chromosomal anomaly that causes Down syndrome, and considered the father of modern genetics. He was a professor of fundamental genetics at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Paris, a member of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences, a member of the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences of France, a member of the National Academy of Medicine of France, a member of theRoyal Society of Medicine of London and Doctor Honoris Causa for numerous universities.

In conclusion, the objective value of the human being seems non -existent for many and the only thing that is taken into account is the feelings that each situation causes in the subject that contemplates it. The truly relevant is the amount of pleasure that a life can produce or subtract itself and others. In the same way that there is nothing wrong with destroying a life that can barely enjoy what it seems that every human already born, the life of a person who suffers a lot, or who is incapacitated to relate to others, hasFor a life that is not worth living and, again, the solution is death. It is repeated until the satiety that no woman likes to abort and that making that decision is very hard, which can be enough to pity the woman or not blame her for what she has done, but it is not enough to justify the death of a beinghuman and much less to justify that the financial statement and support said death.

It is sometimes said that you cannot protest against abortion without finding solutions for the mother’s situation, and that is true, but no tragedy justifies killing a person. With the death of the great Nelson Mandela still in the memory, we can say that a good part of the greatness of this man resided that, at a time of his life, he found two ways to combat the great injustice of Apartheid: one was thepath of bombs and terrorism;another, that of rational arguments and peaceful struggle. If he had chosen the first, no one would have accepted that he will justify terrorist actions saying that whites should give solutions to the suffering of the black population, before protesting the bombs. Instead, Mandela chose the second, that of the peaceful road, respectful of life, because he knew that the end does not justify the media, and that is why it is largely so so many world leaders went to honor him at his funeral.
