Discuss the context for impressionist art?
The impressionist art paintings are smaller and thinner with precise brush strokes with a gritty texture. The pictures are often described to be less contrived and unrefined with consideration of their initial unflattering reviews of the 19th century. The short and thick brush strokes are directed to catch the essence of the subject with the attention of creating impressions instead of relying on details. In most instances, the painting style is described as an impasto. Dark and gray colors are produced by mixing complementary colors. Commonly, colors are juxtaposed to few mixtures as possible to implement a vibrant color temperature. For pure impressionism, artists assume the use of black. Impressionist works lack sharp edges; instead, they prefer soft ones between color transitions. Besides, they do not use thin or transparent glazes that are utilized by the realist employee in producing effects.
The impressionist surfaces are required to be opaque as the ordinary light is highlighted with close attention to reflect colors from one object to another.

In the Arrival of the Train art, it depicts one of the busiest and largest train terminals. It is a component in a big project of canvases that try to illustrate all facets of the art. Similar themes include the play of the filtered light via the smoke of the train shed, the locomotives which dominate the site, and the billowing clouds of steam. The dominant formal element of fire is several impressionist paintings. Monet portrays labors and a bright day to create the scrutinized effects of pure sunlight.
