1.Cytoplasm
Refers to jelly-like fluid composed of mainly water and salt usually constitutes other cell organelles and other parts of cells.
2.Golgi apparatus
They are responsible for modifying, assembling, packaging, storing, and secreting substances such as proteins.
3.Cell membrane
It has a semipermeable membrane that allows selective movement of materials in and out of cell and cell organelles.
4.Mitochondria-
They are referred to as the powerhouse of a cell. They are responsible for synthesizing energy by breaking down nutrients through the process of cellular respiration.
5.Rough ER-
Rough Endoplasmic reticulum has ribosomes attached on the surface. The primary function of rough ER is to perform protein synthesis.
Smooth Endoplasmic reticulum has no ribosomes attached to it. Its primary services are to synthesize lipids, cholesterol, and phospholipids. Another significant function is detoxifying drugs as well as chemicals in the cell. Most elements of the cell membrane are also synthesized in the smooth ER (Cell Organelles, 2006).
7.Lysosomes
They contain special hydrolytic enzymes used for cellular digestion of food, destroying damaged cell organelles and breaking sown entire cell by releasing lysosome contents.
8.Nucleus
It is the control enter that manages all operations of a cell. It contains DNA materials and acts as the main site for manufacturing RNA.
9.Vacuole
The vacuole is a large container usually responsible for storage and transportation of water.

It also helps in storing dissolved food materials, waste products, as well as assisting in supporting turgor pressure.
10.Ribosomes
These are sites where proteins get synthesized.
11.Cell wall
It surrounds the cell, and its primary function is protecting the cell and its contents from external damage.
12.Chloroplast
They produce food for plants through the help of a green pigment called chlorophyll that captures sun energy combines it with carbon dioxide and water to create glucose (Cell Organelles, 2006).
