Introduction

Criminology is an Inter and Multi-Disciplinary science in order to study, analyze, intervene and prevent crime, criminal and crime. Its purpose would be to study all those behaviors that deviate from what is normally accepted by society, the one that threatens social integrity, and that the human being is a biopsychosocial being. “Criminology is the set of empirical knowledge about crime, the offender, socially negative behavior and about behavior controls. However, it should be noted that Criminology studies try to have a prevention and control of crimes and people who have committed a crime before society. In order, to obtain a solution to the problem of crime and using the various means of intervention.

The neoclassical school does not go away from the concepts of the classical school, but talked about how crime can be reduced, prevented or eliminated through stricter practices in children’s youngsions, increase surveillance and safety, and improved punishments improved. Therefore, his concepts was the complete denial of freedom and that an increase in prison sentences to all crimes were charged.

Currently, in criminal law, the most common treatments offered in criminal institutions have been included in order to improve the individual in order to reintegrate it, socially readjust it, a reeducation and sanction.

Also, each of the theories have an important point and after the world has evolved, it has been seen that some have still been in connection with the current ones. It is important to know beyond and carry out good social control.
