For those lovers of Chinese culture, we want to offer here on my trip, an article about one of the most authentic cities in China. Pingyao is a mandatory stop for travelers looking for the opportunity to revive the splendor of ancient China. We will walk through it discovering everything you need to know and know about this walled city of medieval charm. The walled city of Pingyao founded during the Han dynasty in 1300, this small walled city still retains the environment of the medieval cities of the Marco Polo time. It is located between the province of Shanxi and Beijing, less than 100 kilometers from the capital of the province, Taiyun.
