Difficult times of Peruvian democracy

Introduction.

Today we live in a country that, despite its great wealth and a vast territory, still has many very marked shortcomings. We are a nation that crossed many stages, with a story that was meaningful and sad on many occasions, a country that was hard beaten by violence, at an era where little or nothing imported democracy and the fundamental rights of people,That time where politics fails and bad decisions in time could already be evident, a period in Peruvian history that hurts us a lot, since they left many sequelae and very deep wounds that have not yet been able to heal.

Back in the years one thousand nine hundred and eighty two subversive groups called Luminosos and MRTA paths were forged with errard ideologies in view of coming to power having as alloy violence and submission;Next, we will talk about the ethical impact they caused and the multiple violations against the rights that Peru had to endure.

Developing.

Today there is talk of the substantial growth of Peru, in view of achieving sustainable development, but how much have we grown up as people? How citizens?, All this leads us to think and reflect that we want we are not truly growing as a society, that we still have a very important factor that goes beyond the economic growth that is spoken so much, this factor is that of human growth, which of courseHe suffered disorders in times of violence and terrorism and that is where ethics enters to carve, since she contributes directly to human and social development.

Wait! Difficult Times Of Peruvian Democracy paper is just an example!

There are many ethical limits that were transgressed both by the Peruvian State and by terrorists. And it is so, that Luminous Path took advantage of the little credibility of the State to be able.

They transgressed beliefs and morals through fear making believe that people who were not on their side would suffer great consequences, creating an atmosphere of fear that was only reinforced with death and corruption. MRTA also believed that power could only be reached through violence.

However, they created damage violating physical or psychological integrity with kidnappings or murders in order to meet their objectives. This created a cloud of doubt and resentment within all Peruvians, and that would certainly later influence social collapse.

There are many stories that show us the violation of human rights in subhuman situations that our country lived, our people; But it is very important to highlight, for example: the murder of 2 owners of the Matara estate, accused by the Shining Path of being exploiters and blows, a very cowardly and unfair act that shows violence in every sense of the word, andwhich leads us to realize the precariousness of the ethics and moral of those men who called themmurderers.

To all this is added the degrees of extreme violence, even even the sickly teaching even with animals, for example, dogs hung on public roads, a clear contempt for life by attempting to impose their ideas based on fear and terrorTo get your aims.

Conclusions.

In conclusion, we live very hard times, times when the ethics and rights of Peruvians were totally violated and violated, leaving us sad memories, but many teachings, which should serve to direct us in a sustainable human development, based on principles and values,Fulfilling the norms and laws, respecting life, above all, always keeping in mind that no one is a judge and executioner for their own hands, anyone cannot decide who dies and who lives.

Many lessons left us with the years of violence, concluding that in order to defeat the Shining Path and MRTA, the State should not only be efficient with weapons, but also with the law. And this implied scrupulous respect for due process and judicial guarantees. A triumph of the still fragile Peruvian democracy is that it was able to sanction the main leaders of both terrorist organizations, condemning them to quite high penalties including, in some cases, the life imprisonment according to the responsibilities that each of these people had within thesecriminal structures. And, therefore, for the sake of moral superiority that must be in front of terror.

We are a very diverse, multicultural country, heirs of great millenary cultures, with a very rich past, but with an uncertain future that will depend on all of us to make bad times not badly form socially;but rather, to promote us to grow in an integral way, with the conviction of being better Peruvians every day.
