Introduction

The issue of violence against women is a very controversial issue today, since human rights that not only arise by blows and murder are violated, also for harassment and discrimination;This occurs long ago presenting cases of gender violence regardless of age, social status or economic status.

This problem is reflected daily in each news, newspaper and in the various media that present cases of rape, physical and psychological abuse to women’s trafficking to the point of reaching feminicide, not only by a couple or ex -partner alsoin the family and work environment and in some cases that cause suicides by women for pressure and despair.

Peru presents the femicide rate is increasing daily that until now there are 141 femicides that occurred so far in 2019. Perhaps this problem cannot be totally vetoed, but somehow we can reduce the rates of violence and all kinds of abuse and femicide towards the woman who occurs in our country as worldwide

Starting with the good information we receive and that is provided by the State through entities such as the Women’s Emergency Center and the Ministry of Women with specialists as psychologists receiving talks, orientations, workshops for both genres so many men and women,since machismo is the root and main cause;Therefore trying to avoid this problem depends on the joint work of society.

The family also participates together by educating children well since they were very teaching them to respect both genres and not sowing attitudes of machismo giving good training and example to how they should treat and be treated.

We can try to avoid it by acting very effectively with the laws, sanctions and penalty that occurs when an act of abuse is committed thus trying to avoid
