Global Obesity
Obesity generally is a condition characterized by an individual being overweight. Child obesity is highly spread in countries with more developed economy with the case being more prone among the low-income households. In the less developed economies, the case has been more prevalent among the children who live in middle-class families. In the USA, based on the statistics recorded in the year 2010, it was found that 34% of the children below eighteen years were overweight. Canada on the other hand, in a survey conducted in 2004, recorded 29% of the children being obese (Lobstein, 2015). Typically, America has recorded a rising rate of obesity amongst the children.
Notably, obesity can be compared to other health issues such as alcohol abuse based on its side effects. Being overweight exposes an individual to diseases such as diabetes, which may also result in blood pressure and eventually cause death in severe cases. In America, obesity is associated with individual failure due to the false beliefs concerning nutrition (Lobstein, 2015). Ideally, this appears to be a leading factor of obesity bearing in mind that there is a lot of unawareness on the aspect of nutrition. The high economic social status, on the other hand, has highly triggered global obesity. The reasons for this is that children are not subjected to harsh conditions but rather go through smooth lives with fewer exercises aimed at making them be physically fit.

Wait! Global Obesity paper is just an example!

Therefore, it will be beneficial for the governments to execute higher taxation on the unhealthy foods as a way of doing away with the problem of obesity. In addition, there should be a limitation on the type of advertisements aired on the social media to help curb the problem of obesity.
In conclusion, to prevent the continued rise of global obesity, I would recommend parents to be educated on the importance of feeding healthy and exercising in relation to doing away with obesity. This move will be of great importance in dealing with global obesity and will prevent more young lives from being lost because of the condition.
