Human Resource Questions.
Discussion 1
The results from the survey show that the sales agents were not satisfied with the team working. Besides, some sales agents complained that others were not putting any effort but were relying on the efforts of others. Considering this problem, I would suggest that even though the sales agents were working in groups, targets should be set for individual sales. The teams should just be used for motivation but not to provide the incentives. Employees in the same teams should be urged to motivate each other so that together as a team they could show the best results (Snell, Shad and Bohlander 414). Comparing the teamworking sales design and the initial design, the management benefited from the initial one. The reason behind this is that initial employees performed exemplary that when in teams. If I were Conner Carrell, I would liaise with Zucker and request him to adjust the teamwork incentive system such that individual targets of the salespeople be looked at during incentive provision and not the performance of the entire team.
Discussion 2
The link to the article that contains information about employee benefits is https://www.ugent.be/en/work/employee-benefits.
The article gives a critical discussion about the benefits which Ghent University provides to its employees. The institution, provides training, community allowance, Holiday offs, private as well as work-life balance, staff insurance, pension insurance, free flu vaccination, hospitalisation insurance and usage of institution’s facilities (Trina 1).

Wait! Human Resource Questions. paper is just an example!

The policy of this institution states that these benefits should be provided for all teachers who are employed permanently. If I were the HR manager in this institution, I would also provide online benefit benefits to all teachers since currently, the world has become technological. This will involve a prepaid data bundle so that teachers can access the internet using their smartphones and laptops.
Discussion 3
Documentation entails the practice of recording important information in paperwork or electronically. During this process, important events such as dates, actual activities that take place and the signature of the employees are taken. This is important since all the confidential information are captured and can be used later for reference (Snell, Shad and Bohlander 417). An effective alternative system of resolving a dispute should involve the documentation, witnesses, a neutral party and the parties involved in the conflict. This system is important since the two parties will get a chance to express themselves, call on their witnesses and hear the verdict of the independent party. If allowed to be a judge in a discharge case, I will interrogate the employee to find out the cause of the problem. After understanding the underlying factors, I would ask the employee about the reason that prompted them to act the way they did. This will enable me to comprehend whether they committed the offence knowingly or without knowing.
