Introduction
The Guernica is a masterpiece art that was crafted by the icon Pablo Picasso in 1937. It is among one of the greatest and most popular paintings in the world. Being an authentic and unique artist Pablo’s work is not easily understood, and it leaves room for scrutiny and interpretation.
Body
One distinctive message of the painting is the importance of harmony in a nation. Picasso’s Guernica has greatly contributed in giving creative insight on the significance of personal and social values in the society. The painting offered a visual report of the distressing and chaotic effect war had on both women and men in the 1930s. In Guernica, there are several casualties of a bombing which shows the pain innocent people endured in times of war. On the left of the painting, there is a mother who is holding a child that seems to have died. Viewers of Pablo’s work get to see for themselves how inhumane things turn during a war to claim lives of infants who are harmless. In Guernica animals and humans are on equal, which implied that during war human beings are not the only ones dehumanized brutally, but also all living things become victims of fear and death (Shabi).
The five works of culture provide an advocate for humanity. They all try to enlighten the world on the importance of people co-existing together peacefully in a civilized manner.

Wait! Pablo Picasso’s Guernica paper is just an example!

Everyone in the society is significant, and no one should just decide to kill another person. The works provided give hope in trusting alternative means that do not violate human civilization to solve disputes.
Conclusion
The provided works used to be considered controversial as they were not gender biased yet in the 20th-century women’s right were not honored. Also, these works were open to showing how the conditions were chaotic and this made those behind it be revealed.
