Looking at the information collected to about people who do not consume meat products, the increase that has been giving to these new types of diet could be observed, however it was observed that although it has been working for an increase to offer variety inProducts in relation to these customers, it is still very little products or foods that this population can get to supply food of animal origin in their meals.

Taking this information about these potential users this market segment becomes the main one to work. To select customer profiles or to understand the issues that took them to this process we took into account the market segment in:

  • Health: people who do not consume meat products due to health issues, since they had to change their diet for diseases or allergies to meat or animal origin products
  • Animals: They follow a food without meat or animal origin due to the care of animals and seek defense and protection of them.
