Regarding these serious crimes committed by a minor, I consider that a law must be approved that allows the child to cause these crimes to be sentenced to perpetual conviction.

In the great country of the United States, the law of sentence to life imprisonment began to be approved to minors. Being the United States considered one of the great powers of the world in military, economic wealth and technological development, this is not saved from being a country where there is crime of both adults, young and even in lower cases of minor children; In this great country regardless of the age of the offender, either a minor is judged as an adult for the crime caused by this law offense. 

According to studies by the Equal Justuce Initiative they tell us that imprisoned minors fall into desperate situations that lead them to a point where they cannot handle their emotions and the challenges of adolescence find a response in violence and aggressiveness. These given results show us that children who are or have been imprisoned no longer again, and this is because they are imprisoned have brought many emotional problems.

So much so that they are not the same once again when they are released, they are more aggressive and violent for society. And because of that today in the country of the United States almost 80 prisoners are children with less than 15 years of age without the possibility of release; And of the almost 2500 minors convicted in total, a 16.5% are young people and 180 girls.

These crimes caused by these littles are due to various factors that affect the child to commit these crimes. Although there are few cases reported with serious crimes caused by minors, these are still something that worries too much, because at an early age, people who destroy peace in our country are being formed. 

In Peru, we have an extremely popular case of Alexander Pérez Gutiérrez aka Gringasho who at 15 had committed his first murder, although it is said that they lower their shoulders already make the death of more than 10 people in total; These homicides were caused because in his childhood his mother abandoned him and grows under his uncle’s protection, who would start him in the bad life of the child at that time.

According to the United States Supreme Court, any judge should take into account before judging a minor, the factors that mitigated the young man to commit those crimes before imposing a sentence that implies the child to spend all his entire Life in prison. Some American people are against a penalty of minors, because these minors who committed these crimes are not to blame for being influenced by someone, whether a relative or someone in their social environment. 

However, that statement is refatible, since these elements are insufficient to determine an acquisition of a new law, because these young people at an age of 10 or 11 years are already aware of what they do or what they commit. For example, a boy who stays in a home either stable or not, grows knowing that it is good and that it is bad, because if the actions that commit or damage or indirectly damage other people is because it is doing bad things that should not be done.

In conclusion, the Peruvian State must approve the law that does not limit age by being sentenced to life imp An adult person. However, these young minors who commit these crimes are already able to be aware of what they do, such as what is right or wrong.
