Teacher practices on pupils with mental illnesses are an emotive issue across diverse jurisdictions across the globe. Teaching models have been slow in teaching instructors on techniques of identifying mental illnesses at an earlier stage. The inadequacies of the teaching practices are observable among modern teachers especially their unpreparedness when pupils show mental illnesses in school (Fullan, 2016). Employment of positive pressure and socially attributable remedy techniques are inadequate in resolving the current crisis on the emergence of mental illnesses among pupils in schools.
Positive pressure is the weakest attempt in remedying the situation since it occurs at the full-blown stage and the pupil is unlikely to return to the same school for fear of victimization. Germany has introduced regular checks on pupils for mental illness symptoms to ensure early identification and treatment. The approach has led to the drastic reduction of mental illness cases in schools in Germany, thus reducing its impact on the health sector in the nation. Comparatively, taxpayers in the USA continue to bear the burden of the increasing incidences of mental illness in schools at an alarming rate (Galanter, Kleber, & Brady, 2014).
The learning program failed to fully satisfy my expectations. The program offers after-solutions to the problem without identifying the causes and ways to prevent the problem.

TB and Polio vaccines have ensured governments across the globe save billions of dollars through prevention of the ailments by the use of vaccines. The program ignores the cost impact of the suggested solutions, which is critical in any evaluation program. Solutions with higher costs are likely to be discarded while solutions requiring lower expenses are likely to be implemented due to existent budgetary constraints most nations globally face.
