The answer was not linked to the question since the question is about psychological treatment, but you have talked about the mental disorder (Wright, 2011). I think you should try and express your answer on how the treatment influences ethics while using the biological models.
I think in the second question you are mixing yourself, and you do not hit the point (Barlow, Durand & Hoffman, 2018). I advise you to choose a relevant model like, for example, the Biopsychosocial model and provide the reason(s) why you think it is relevant.
You are right in saying psychological disorders are extreme expressions of rational behavior (De Haan, Lee, Fassbinder, Voncken, Meewisse, Van & Arntz, 2017). Make yourself more clearly by stating the differences, for example, talk about the accents to show the qualitative difference.
You have stated social and interpersonal cultures, but then you should be precise and make it short and direct to the question. Do not talk about stories of cultural set up in a society. When you talk about the cost of treatment explain how it is a problem, do not just mention and fail to describe (Wright, 2011). The same reasoning applies to cultural believes on psychological disorders where you should tell how diversity in culture can contribute to vulnerability and resistance to psychopathology.

You are on the right track where you have talked about the psychological disorder and biological connection (Barlow, Durand & Hoffman, 2018).
Wait! See attachment for instructions and requirements paper is just an example!
Unfortunately, the problem is not well indicated I want to advise you to apply ethical practice and state how using biological models is contrary to medical practice.
You are entirely in a wrong direction since you answering a question on bleeding which is not asked. I advise you to reread the problem and discuss how on which model is relevant.
The question of the difference between psychological disorder and healthy behaviors is not answered. Just ensure every issue is responded to separately with clear statements (De Haan, Lee, Fassbinder, Voncken, Meewisse, Van & Arntz, 2017). I think you can reduce your paragraphs and try to incorporate the missing section.
You have only talked about culture and brought in so many stories that I consider irrelevant (Barlow, Durand & Hoffman, 2018). Just pick on any interpersonal factor, for example, maladaptive or abnormal behavior or any social-cultural practices that can affect vulnerability and resistance.

Very well, the question is well answered, and you have expounded on the problems associated with the biological model. My only problem with your answers is that they look the same trying to talk about the same thing but only twisted to provide different reasoning (Wright, 2011). I want to add another point to compromise on ethical practices since it uses much of drugs and the patient can be addicted to the drugs.
Very well answered and you have provided everything that is needed on the multidimensional integrative model. What I can advise you to do is just in paragraph separation. You should have a paragraph explaining the relevant model separately from the first question.
You are answering the wrong question since the answer that you have given should be from issue 3. Though, even if you meant the third question which was asking the difference between psychological disorder and rational behavior, I think you have just mixed our answers since you are talking about the difference in line to extremism and at the same time to healthy behaviors (De Haan, Lee, Fassbinder, Voncken, Meewisse, Van & Arntz, 2017). Talk about a qualitative difference of which if you do not find any, accept the fact that there is no difference while it is only extremism.
Talk distinctively on interpersonal factors and social, cultural factors. I believe the considerations are different and you cannot just combine them (Wright, 2011). If you want to talk about fear, you should distinguish and state it as an interpersonal factor.
