Studies related to the problem of unemployment

In this work we will be presenting and analyzing two studies related to the problem of unemployment. Between the two studies we have the study of the impact of the pandemic on the work group survey and the study on the controversies of unemployment. As we mentioned above, these studies have Rais of the rise in unemployment both in Puerto Rico and worldwide. The study on the impact of working group pandemia was published on August 21, 2020 by the Department of Labor and Human Resources while the study on unemployment controversies was published on February 22, 2019 by Pompeu Fabra University. The purpose of both studies is to study the problem of unemployment more thoroughly. But the purpose of the impact of the pandemic on the working group survey is to analyze and demonstrate how the current Covid-19 Pandemia has affected and increased unemployment in Puerto Rico. While the study on unemployment controversies is to demonstrate that population sector is more affected by unemployment worldwide.

Starting with the study on the impact of working group pandemic we can find that one of the data provided by the author is that unemployment has increased significantly due to the recent pandemic. The study showed that the unemployment rate for July 2020 is 76% being the highest in recent months (Department of Labor and Human Resources, 2020). In the same way, it gives us information about a problem derived from this problem which is emigration.

Wait! Studies Related To The Problem Of Unemployment paper is just an example!

The Department of Labor and Human Resources establishes that the population in relation to July 2019 reflects a decrease of 53,000 people.

Continuing with the study on unemployment controversies, data such as 30.9% of potential workers worldwide are unemployed. An interesting point of this study is that among men and women the percent unemployed women is greater. The study showed that while the unemployment rate in men is 22.8% in women is 24.7% (Garcia, M. 2019). In addition, in the study he mentions that young people under 25 had an unemployment rate of 48.8%.

It should be noted that in both studies the point of unemployment is touched in young people as we mentioned previously under 25 years and university students. According to him on the impact of working group pandemia for July 2020 in Puerto Rico a 20.1% of young people under 25 were unemployed. These statistics continued with 11.3% of unemployed university students. In addition, both studies mention that unemployment has continued increased over the years.

In conclusion these two studies helped me to understand more the social problem of unemployment, since I could see that it is not a problem that affects only my community but that Puerto Rico and the entire world. In addition, studies mentioned key data such as unemployment in young people and women. In my personal opinion I think that unemployment in young people comes from the hand with which most employers do not give us the opportunity to work for not having work experience. Continuing with unemployment in women I think that even in the 21st century it is discriminated in a certain way to women. Another of the points mentioned in the studies was that it explains that unemployment is one of the main causes of emigration and this helped me a lot to understand why thousands of Puerto Ricans go daily from our island. I really liked the realization of this work, since now I have clearer the panorama of the problem of unemployment.
