The need for democracy to avoid oppression

Today democracy is the best model to achieve an impeccable and magnificent nation, it is what the vast majority of states take as an example of government and dictatorships are seen as the diabolical and cruel side. From ancient times this absolutism is seen taking as an example to Rome that they used this autocracy so that their metropolis returned to the normality of which it could be said that it was seen positively since it put everything in order, then, because toThrough time this matter is seen as an evil for society?

The concept of dictatorship does not have the same meaning as times, from the 18th century, the military dictatorship is known where the armed forces is exerted and democratic and social and social control is impossible. Usually, these types of dictatorships manage to fill their ideals since they have the greatest organization of power that a homeland (military force) has. Silence is the accomplice of the dictators, they manage to silence millions of people for their pleasure. The human rights that involve being of each individual regardless of what, are the most affected during this administration, especially the main right of life and the third article regarding the right to live in freedom. The dictator is judged as a manipulator, abusive and oppressive by the cynical facts that these get to commit.

As an example of military dictatorship, in the movie "The Night of the Pencils" directed by Héctor Olivera which tells a story based on real events that occurred in 1976 in La Plata, Argentina.

Wait! The Need For Democracy To Avoid Oppression paper is just an example!

A group of high schools lives under an act of repression at the time of the Argentine military dictatorship after 1976 to 1983 where they become kidnapped, tortured and consequently murdered. This group called UES (Union of Secondary Students) was looking for a student discount for the bus ticket. It is said that it was the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires who were in charge of arrested the students who were in favor of this and those who committed those acts mentioned above. It is alarming how the organization responsible for the fair compliance with laws and that ensure civilian protection and security were the same as the corruption of the police title and exercising this worse about minors. The military dictatorship leaves only terror in the town.

In the case of Latin America it is overwhelming that it has been the great world power of the United States that would be behind this. He imposed multiple coups to stop communism in this region after the Cold War but left behind the value, moral and ethics that a human being has having each country internal repressions since the 50s. Several forms of military political interventions were carried out and had shocking results of around 50.000 dead, 30.000 missing and 400.000 detainees. Thousands of lives were sacrificed for economic benefits and the elimination of an ideology, the Marxist.

In conclusion, those who are in charge of this movement seek to a restructuring of the State that in the vast majority of cases are done through violent forms such as torture, murders and disappearances. It is a form of repression that eliminates just democracy and leaves a silenced and traumatized people for the rest of its history. This form of authoritarian government eliminates freedom of expression as it is a closed regime that represses the three branches of power and prevents a form of liberalist government. What is attentive when a dictatorship is exposed to society is the change of mentality for all the people to which the president wants and there are no limits to the autocrat in achieving this. What they do is bring the country to an educational, economic and social delay; It gets completely stagnating development.
