We are all worth the same, regardless of the genre

.

Gender diversity is raised as a useful strategy to favor the application of the principle of equality between women and men. Gender equality has had surprising development in recent years, both in civil rights and in political and social rights in many parts of the world.

As, for example: before women could not vote, they were told that they should only be in the house doing cleaning or something else and makes no sense since they have been supporting us since ancient times and with nothing in return. Which implies an improvement around this issue since it has caused conflicts since ancient times, from strikes, fights that have caused deaths, to protests where they let their opinion and the disgust of what society imposes them and they havedemonstrated that they are able to do unimaginable things and all this so that their rights are taken into account. Machista thought has been from the beginning or that is what is thought. And we must change it since that affects integrity and damages self – esteem so that sometimes the damage is irremediable.

What is dignity?

Dignity refers to the own value of the human being for the simple fact of being and existing, it is not a quality that occurs for something or someone, but naturally occurs to the human being. It does not depend on any type of conditioning, either on ethnic, sex or social status differences or any other type.

The idea of dignity is born from Christianity.

Why did gender inequality begin?

Gender inequality is a great social problem since thanks to this murders have been caused to women and these are known as "femicides". Femicides are the most extreme form of violence towards a woman. Although there is also violence against men, but this is not very common.

Violence towards women began since ancient times, before the "white" men violated women who were slaves (the black breed) this is an example of abuse towards women and there are many more. The woman has suffered many types of gender inequality, in many areas, as are the economic, labor, psychological, sexual, sexual, etc.

How can we fight it?

  1. To achieve gender equality we must eliminate practices that damage men and women.
  2. The damages caused by this can be physical, sexual, psychological, symbolic or heritage and can have serious consequences, as well as damage to psychological health or the integrity of the victim
  3. Sexual trafficking, sexual violence, feminicide among other practices of violence towards women and also combating violence against man should be eliminated.
  4. A woman realizing that she is a victim can report: violence can be represented with insults, humiliations, ill -treatment, blows
  5. Violence has as a consequence that the person who suffers it acquires trauma, development problems, irreversible psychological damage or can even cause death so if any type of violence is suffered, the best solution will be denounced.
