In the whole world, it is estimated that in about one second, there is a patient checking into a hospital seeking special treatment. However, not all the hospitals can handle such cases as many fail to perform services like hip replacement and heart bypass surgery. One of such special clinic, which can handle complex situations, include Mount Sinai Hospital, which is found in New York (Kongstvedt 2005).
There are many opportunities found in Mount Sinai Hospitals that the people living in the surrounding community should utilize to obtain the best services. The healthcare facility provides a range of financial services to direct the process of paying the medical bills of the patients. The institution has plans such as Resource, Entitlement, and Advocacy program (REAP) which assists the patients to apply for the government health insurance covers like Medicaid and child health plans which are suitable for the people visiting the facility (Kongstvedt 2005). Other profitable opportunities that both the institution and the clients should make use is the availability of Charity Care Program, which is offered in the healthcare to those individuals who cannot afford to pay for the insurance covers (Gapenski 2005).
The opportunities stated above significantly relate to the big-picture view of healthcare in that it requires operational budgeting. Usually, other healthcare facilities plan for their annual budget at the beginning of the accounting period to avoid shortages.

Similarly, Mount Sinai Hospital requires preparing for the money used in the programs because it involves a lot of capital to conduct and run them (Gapenski 2005).
In conclusion, for the institution to improve the service delivery, there are some things that it needs to address and improve to maintain its high standard. Firstly, there is need to engage other organizations like non-governmental institutions in their program to obtain maximum financial support that will help offer extensive range services. Secondly, it should increase the number of qualified personnel, which will enable the institution to provide a wide range of services that are not offered in other healthcare facilities (Kessler & Glasgow 2011).
