Attention to all citizens Southwest of the Michigan Lake!
East North Central Meteorology Bureau informs you on a severe whether warning.
The danger of floods appeared all over the North-East of the United States (Weather Underground b, n.p.). Flood Watch of the States of Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana registered a significant rise in the ground waters level due to unseasonal warm weather and early melting of snow cover in the southern part of the Lake Michigan (Weather Underground a, n.p.).
Flood danger affects counties in the Northeast of Illinois (including the city of Chicago and agglomeration), Southest of Wisconsin (including Milwaukee and Madison) and counties of Indiana, bordering Illinois State.
We highly recommend you to stay at home and do not to live your dwellings without good reason. In case you live in the areas close to ground waters, undertake any possible actions to protect your houses from flood and assist state services of your locale in preventing flooding of your areas. If you have any heavy machinery that may be utilized in flood prevention constructions, do not hesitate providing either it or your participation in the security measures (Get Prepared, n.p.).
Whether the evacuation of the area is required you will be informed on its organization further on. Please, keep attention on the messages of Meteorology Bureau, local authorities and rescue services and follow their instructions to be provided in case of any significant changes in weather regime.

Pay special attention to your children’s safety. If necessary, leave contact your local educational authorities and find out what opportunities your school district may provide on the increase of safety of students of secondary schools.
