The social determinants of health and background have a significant direct impact on the on the patient’s management of diabetes and the state of her health. The female patient is likely to attain a formal and informal relationship with fellow community members who are of Hispanic origin (Heuer & Lausch, 2006). The developed social relationship will assure the patient of care from the community. The patient will attain emotional support and stability which is an excellent boost in achieving faster physical health.
