A problem I have and how can I overcome it

The choice as a problem
Every day, we make decisions that help us achieve different objectives in life. In my life, one of the greatest choices I had to make was to balance between school work and a part-time job. In the world we live today, education is a key to success as the saying goes. However, with the hard economic times, a student cannot survive with only a little money they get from their parents. As a responsible young adult, I am required to supplement my local running finances by securing a job. Having a job and attending school is not easy and I have to keep a balance on my time especially to do my school work on time.
First of all, time is always a significant factor to consider when choosing between alternatives (Schwartz, 2018). Personally, never seems to be enough to do school homework and assignments. When you have more than fifteen hours of class time, the workload is so much that you only dedicate several hours a day to your job. Not to mention the time you require to study and revise for top quizzes and exams. This reduces a student to cramming and praying bot under the mercies of the Almighty.
Secondly, attending both the job and school is very exhausting. Besides, I lack the time for proper rest and dieting. It is very tiring moving from lecture to lecture and then to work. Setting aside more time for school can help to solve my problem. I will have more time to study and revise for final exams. This can only be done by creating a schedule that involves more or less of self-recovery.

In short, reducing the workload at my workplace will come in handy in solving my time management problem. Proper time management is going to require sacrifices to see it through. I plan to commit myself to the program that is going to improve me and my education.
