Dear Admission committee,
Xiaofei started functioning in the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Department of Hubei SHAN&HE Law Firm after graduating from law school and joined my team last August. We have been working jointly for more than one year and she shows many good quality characters in work and life.
She has a very obvious plan for vocation enlargement and expectations life and works hard to achieve her goals. Despite the heavy workload in our law firm, she makes use of free time to progress herself. As far as I know, she takes computer classes on weekends to learn how to use software such as EXCEL to improve working efficiency. Recently, she is learning accounting knowledge and preparing for the exam for becoming a Certified Public Accountant in China. I believe that her positive attitude towards life will definitely help her achieve her goals, which also encourage me to develop myself and keep working on the Exam for Certified Public Accountant of China.
She is solemn about every task assigned to her by the panel. When proposing solutions, she can not only think comprehensively but also pays attention to details; and complete the work with high quality. To be precise, she does well in collecting and analyzing huge data, communicating with clients effectively and shows great enhancement in legal systematic skills. Now she can come up with practical suggestions on some legal issues after one -year-working interlude and becomes one of my best assistants who helped me finish significant reports and supported me when negotiating with other parties.

She also shows the potential of leadership. She can quickly mingle with fresh colleagues and interns and can work as a team organizer, organizing discussions, deciding plans, assigning tasks and ultimately completing successfully.
She is also an interesting girl in life. On our last team trip, she taught us about the game named “werewolves killing”, and that was the first time I played it. She taught us the rules and served as a judge and organized the game for us. Through that trip, I felt that our team members had more common topics except for work and built a closer association with each other.
In my view, she is such a girl with clear goals and has been making her efforts to accomplish her goals. Her high-quality characters and professional abilities make her qualified for a better future.
