I administered the Age and Stages Questionnaire with the assistance of Child 44’s mother. The child scores above cut in communication and Gross Motor and near cut off in fine motor. This result indicates her development in these areas appears to be on schedule. In Personal-Social Skills and Problem Solving, she achieved above to the cutoff. This study is a discussion of questionnaire results and recommendation to improve the child’s growth and development.
* Discussion:
* Communication: Without assistance, the child can respond to three separate directional instructions such walking to the door standing up and clapping hands. However, sometimes the child does not respond accurately. The questionnaire filled also indicates that the child can construct four to five sentences. The child creates sentences with appropriate tense for example when asked what they did … “says we played.” The child correctly uses comparative statements. For example, he says, “friend’s house is bigger than my house.” The child also responds correctly to questions concerning needs. The child sometimes mimics tongue twisters without making mistakes. From the questionnaire results, 44 is above cut off,
* Fine Motor: The child accurately copies letters without tracing. Child 44 copies letters VHTCA legibly without tracing. The prints half the letters of his name within the provided box, when tracing a line with a pencil, the child he goes offline. The child occasionally draws pictures that can represent different genders.

* Gross Motor: Child 44 can throw a ball towards a person six feet away while standing. When given a ball three feet away the child catches the ball with two hands. The child can maintain balance on one foot for more than five seconds. The child is still unable to walk on tiptoes for 15 feet, 44 is still unable to hop on one foot, he yet to learn to skip with the alternative foot. The child scores are near the cut-off for Gross motor test.
* Problem Solving: the child can identify objects regarding size. Child 44 correctly identifies the small circle from three different sizes provided. The child has a right visual identification; he can correctly identify colors of given objects. The child can count the numeric (1-15), but selfdoms make mistakes. The child understands the antonyms well. The child can identify the digital without confusion even when the numbers are disorganized. The child’s problem-solving abilities are above the cutoff.
* Personal –Social: the child is yet to learn how to use spoons for feeding, sometimes remembers to wash his hands and face, dry with a towel without help. The child also knows and his gender, first name last name. Furthermore, the child knows his age. The child can appropriately use toilets; he can share and take turns while with other kids. Sometimes he dresses and undresses on his own.
Overall – the parents believe the child sense of hearing is okay; the child is like most children in his age; the parent understands most of what the child says. The child physical ability is like most children. The child has a healthy medical history; the parents are not worried about the child’s health.

Recommended Activities to Enhance Development:
1. Although the child’s communication abilities are well developed, keep on playing with a variety of tongue twister sounds to advance the verbal skills of the baby. Advance to complex sounds as the child progresses.
2. Let your baby feed herself. Let your baby practice-using spoon to feed. The baby can begin with sipping water-using spoon. Soon your baby will be able to use spoon in all meals.
3. Provide an open area where the baby can perform physical exercises such as skipping to enhance the baby physical balance
