Behavior Strategy
Teaching is a noble profession with a variety of challenges that an individual must apply high levels of professionalism to manage. Teachers mostly while in school students are their key responsibilities and they are culpable for any rude behavior among their students. To maintain harmony and peaceful learning environment a teacher has to look for all the possible strategies which are student specific to deal with their students and ensure they are not isolated from their peers. The approach that applies to teachers while identifying themselves with some strange behavior in students is behavior management through creating a democratic environment. The paper discusses a scenario of Davie who is not in good terms with other students and the approaches to be used in developing a positive change in his life.
Davie’s behavior of not paying not having a concentration in class and just creating trouble with other students is not a typical case (DuPaul, Weyandt, & Janusis, 2011). Such behavior will affect him with classwork and will also have long-term effects on his relationship with members of the society. The very key thing is to accept the reality that Davie might be undergoing a mental problem, and hence he needs to consider his background. His background enables us to identify the cause of the problem and will also help us find ways to deal with the problem. Parents will be contacted to be aware of their son’s behavior and inquire with them if he behaves the same at home.

Wait! Behavior Strategy paper is just an example!

Develop a session with Davie either in school or at home with some interview questions and provide him the basics to relate with other people. Be flexible with changes and correct them when you encounter them and try and build positive character in everything that Davie does.
The strategy of developing sessions with Davie will work considering that if the school calls for speakers to address students in the group then naturally he will not concentrate. The student needs to identify himself with you and the parents at home that’s why must always keep close contact with his parents (DuPaul, Weyandt, & Janusis, 2011). Interviews will be necessary for trying t comprehend what will cause him not to be polite to other students and just grab things. He does not need to be harassed since he is a rude student from observation and will not do with tuff methods. It is imperative to expose him to a situation where he can get a chance to speak, and in the meantime, you listen and find the basis for changing that behavior.
Conversations with Davie will be very much applicable as this will provide time to observe and comprehend his situation. Apart from guiding Davie some people will use alternatives such as punishment. Punishment can never transform behaviors while it will just intensify the action and even worse with time (MITCHELL, 2013). He should enjoy every session of the procedure a teacher is using since psychologically he develops the positive attitude.
In conclusion, a student having a weak relationship with others like Davie in the above case should receive maximum attention and proper guidance. A teacher needs to understand the existence of such kind of students and use all the management strategies to help the student. Therefore, a student should not be the subject to the punishment because of weakness but should call for maximum attention and guidance.
