The handling of clients in a healthcare facility requires a high level of attendance and punctuality to provide quality treatment services. What was learned from the accurate physical and mental assessments calls for total nursing care within the scope of treatment but it is necessary to understand the physical, cultural, emotional, as well as spiritual needs of clients. To meet the required needs of patients, maintaining an attitude of cooperation with instructors, clients, and staff in the healthcare facility is critical in foreseeing the deliverance of quality in all the areas of nursing care. Besides embracing an attitude of cooperation with the clients, the maintenance of active motivation along with the initiative towards the assignment of the types of assessments equally counts for one to learn about them.
From the completion of the clinical rotation in a clinical setting, I learned that a principal concern or issue in pediatric is successfully undertaking a procedure manifesting whether medications are influential to the cardiac rhythmic parameters of infants. Notably, this includes their measurements such as level of BP, RR, temperature, and HR associated with measured heights, chest, abdomen, and head circumference. When deviations from the normal values occur in RR, BP, HR, and temperature, the appropriate strategy involves an adjustment on the predetermined set of nursing care (Prasad et al. 1). For the case of varying levels of blood pressure while in the clinical rotation in clinical settings, prescribing the right medications for the management of hypertension and hypotension is a pivotal strategy to encourage clients to focus on getting well soon and this is after recording and documenting normative baseline scores.

Notably, this is essential in maintaining a goal of meeting the nursing needs of clients in a healthcare facility in the form of assessable outcome benchmarks but requires the maintenance of neatness. From what I learned, the position of a child counts significantly towards quality nursing practice and children should be placed chin down when assessing the circumference of the head and finding the heart beats for infants. Transport of a client should be through the use of side rails.
Besides, the specific learning outcomes derived from the clinical rotation in clinical settings, I learned that the provision of health education to a client or a parent in the case of children boost knowledge on nutrition, dental care, toileting, playing, and immunizations. The specific vaccine offered to children is Varicella Vaccine, and two does (O.5 ml each) are given to children at twelve months all the way to their twelfth year, but the separation should be by at least three months. Nursing education should be approved for healthy living of infants. Without this type of training, achieving the required quality of nursing care is vital. The chicken pox disease which is caused by Varicella-zoster virus is administered orally. The pre-post-operative care involves testing before determination of the condition while the per-post immunization care entails monitoring if any reaction arises after the administration of treatment.
