Bio-reactions
A bio-reaction is a signal perceived by the brain in response to strong emotions such as fear. The brain is conditioned to some reactions such as fight, flight, freeze, and appease (Prezi n.pag). This paper seeks to focus on some situations I have experienced.
Fight
When I was thirteen years old, my classmate fought my younger brother and stole his toy car. Jim, my classmate, ran home. My brother came to crying, seeking my assistance to get his toy back. We went to Jim’s house and found him in the driveway. As soon as he saw us, he ran and locked himself in his parents’ house. We could see him wave my brother’s toy through the window. I lost my tempers and had my hands in fists. I desired to punch Jim in the face. My whole body shook in rage as my classmate mocked us from his parents’ house.
Freeze
I could not stand Jim’s mockery; I picked a stone and smashed the window. Jim opened the door and let two bulldogs out. Since I have a phobia of dogs, I stood aghast and felt stuck on the pavement with fear. I could not move, and my heart pounded faster.
Flight
The Bulldogs started running towards us barking. My breathing became shallow, and I became restless. I was tense and could not hold any longer. Forgetting about my younger brother, I ran for my life screaming at the top of my voice.
Appease
Later that day, my mom came home from work. My younger brother narrated the whole ordeal, which made my mother angry and aggressive. My mom complained and yelled at me for what I did.

Wait! Bio-Reactions Revised paper is just an example!

I was apologetic but she continued complaining. I was sad and I could not help shedding tears. I wiped out my tears and explained my actions to calm my mom and bring peace between us. Luckily, my mom gave me a listening ear and warned me not to repeat the mistake.
It is important to be aware of ones’ bio-reactions is important. Each person should strive to detect and understand these reactions (Updated Lifestyle n.pag). The most vital importance for understanding these feelings is that a person acquires a better awareness of oneself (University of Minnesota n.pag) which improves an individual’s emotional and mental state and quality of life.

I need to work a lot; that’s why I really didn’t have a single minute to focus on my thesis writing. These guys from Essay-samples are real saviors. I don’t know how they knew what my professor expected to receive, but they definitely succeeded.
