Sorting Through the Data from Logan Elementary School
Demographically, the interview presents a case of 6-grade levels. The data collection through interviews is adopted to help decipher answers or decisions on issues such as the consistency the teachers use for each grade level. Using staff members, faculty members, and parents of the children in the school will provide the data needed to test the relationship between different variables including but not limited to specific issues the school is facing.
The period/time allocation for each interviewee was provided according to a guideline from Anderson (62). The author suggests that where the research has to consider three levels of participants, the period chosen for each interviewee should be the maximum time the interviewee has interacted with the environment. I, therefore, chose a period of two to nine years as the time the interviewee worked or studied in the school. The timeframe further helped in the development of the relationship between the problems within the school and teachers, faculty members and the parents.
To understand the general issues emerging from the data I used inductive approach. To create the link between the data and the research problems, I first organized the data on the day the interview was done; which ran for over five days. After finding the data, I organized every response from the interviewees (parents, teachers and faculty staff) collating their feedback and taking into consideration their negativities or positives to the research problems.

Wait! Case study Sorting Through the Data From Logan Elementary School paper is just an example!

Organizing data logically, I identified the response from each parent and corresponded it with the child’s grade. On the same breath, each faculty member’s data was matched with the grade they teach. Finally, data from staff members were identified and the corresponding period of service to the institution identified. Trying to organize the data differently reshapes the research objectives since it now creates categories on causes, incidences, and dynamics of the problem. Based on the data structuring feedback with Nancy will entail providing the research themes that cause problems to the school. In particular, data from the interviewees will link grade interactions to the problems.
