As mentioned in previous paragraphs, the theft of fuel has become a way of obtaining profits to give financing to criminal cells and drug trafficking in Mexico, giving them greater resistance to the actions executed by the public security forces and bodies, putting indoubt the existence and full functioning of democracy. This illicit act had a considerable increase with the beginning of the war against drug trafficking that Felipe Calderón put into operation in mid -2007. The situation that enhanced the multimillion -dollar losses of Pemex that so far have been increasing as well as the incidents of this fault.

Developing

The crimes that are considered for the analysis are the following: Homicide malicious with a firearm: the use of firearms not only is part of the increase in criminal activities and organizations, it also seems to be related in a good part of the violent interactions andnon -criminal that occur in a city. The crimes against health: illegal trade of psychotropic and narcotic substances is the main expression of organized crime, which cause other crimes such as arms trafficking, human trafficking and kidnapping. Extortion: crime use psychological violence to intimidate victims.

Threats of physical or patrimonial damage, kidnappings, family arrests due to a crime;Vehicle theft: damages the patrimony of the population. But it is also risky due to interaction with other crimes such as other types of thefts and assaults, drug trafficking, fraud, trafficking, self-speaking sale, among others.

For 18 years there has been an increase in a set of crimes and number of clandestine taking and its distribution. However, only in some states this increase has been presented where organized crime posters are mostly present or are close to refineries and distribution centers.

 Where it is shown that a greater number of shots are greater number of crimes, according to the years there is a progressive increase, but a state and year are not clearly shown where a regression is had, because the crimes continue to happen. The social construction that revolves around the individual and collective values that can be subjectively interpreted by each individual. Fuel theft and organized crime are no longer independent crimes, the presence of gangs or violent bands, frequent robberies or assaults, drug sales, kidnapping, homicides, among other crimes. It is caused that the level of violence and vulnerability of a state increase, and the perception of security that individuals have decrease. The relationship between drug trafficking, organized crime and fuel theft occurs to a greater extent in the states of: Guanajuato, Puebla, Tamaulipas, Veracruz and Hidalgo, which have a greater degree in criminal incidents in criminal incidents.
