Clinical Rotation Experience
Go to:Introduction
Clinical experience being part of the coursework in the nursing school has been an integral subject and exposure to the effective healthcare practices (Austin, Bentkover & Chait, n.d). The clinical rotation across different health institutions has been crucial in projecting the reality of studies alongside identifying challenges facing the nursing career experience. This experience has therefore been essential in developing vital skills in solving problems in the healthcare considering the health policies of an institution.
For instance, one of the leading and outstanding challenge common across different health care comprises of common accidents at work. The nursing departments across different health care have different safety mechanisms and standards along the service delivery. Since this was a learning experience, different safety standards are communicated differently across the organization (Hudak, Russell, Fung & Rosenkrans, 2015). These safety skills could affect the quality of services in an organization. It is essential to accommodate proper planning of safety standards to all staff and interns to have a common collective functionality of the organization.
The inferiority complex should not be part of the operation to achieve the organizational bottom line. In this case, students are part of the development of the organization. The healthcare needs to adequately accommodate the new skills and talents in realizing the organizational challenges.
Wait! Clininical Rotation Experience paper is just an example!
The health administration thus needs to develop the capacity of rotational students and collect their reports after their experience for evaluation. Furthermore, the training process should be mutually exclusive in the sense that the student should have a platform equal to nursing staff alongside close monitoring of their competencies. This process thus enhances the safety skills in the clinical rotation period (Hudak, Russell, Fung & Rosenkrans, 2015).
In conclusion, the administration needs to focus more of safety standards and readily willing to offer training of talents that they will recruit in the future. The administration, therefore, needs to capture talented future personnel during the student rotation programs.
