My favorite episode of the TV series is the first episode of season 2. In this episode, the police formed an undercover unit which is controversial. The name of the police unit was named STRESS abbreviation for Stop The Robberies, Enjoy Safe Streets. The undercover unit members killed twenty-one people since it began to exist. Majority of these death victims were blacks, and only one was not. Furthermore, there is a cop in the unit that was known to kill several blacks leading to his nickname Mr. Stress.
The focus of this episode was on Detroit which was a city in 1971 that was cast under the spell of racial strife and continuous procedural crimes. The particular case that was dealt with on the episode was of a girl named Cindy Zarzycki of the age 13 years old who vanished in 1986 and was later found in 2008.

Crime town conveys in-depth information and generally braces the deep investigations of crimes and corruption within cities. The investigative nature of the podcast makes the TV series get positive reviews.
