Critical thinking in the modern information era

Critical thinking or The Critical Thinking is intended to analyze the information objectively and perform a reasoned trial. This implies a data assessment, facts, observable phenomena, and research findings. Critical thinkers can reach reasonable conclusions from a set of information and discern between the one that is useful, from which not, to be able to solve any problem situation or make a successful decision. This is currently a topic of discussion, because we are in the information age, which sometimes releases false news, which must be detected by a good critical thinker, with reasoning ability, active apprentice and not a passive receiver of everythingtype of information.

A good critical thinker is characterized because he rigorously questions ideas and assumptions instead of being accepted to the letter. Therefore, employers value people capable of evaluating a situation using their logical thinking and are able to offer a good solution to a certain conflict, because they inspire them greater confidence, and do not need constant control. Even some of them usually give in the personnel assessment interview, a scenario with a hypothetical problem, in order to assess critical thinking skills to solve the given problem.

The skills that are needed to be able to think critically are the observation, analysis, interpretation, inference, reflection, evaluation, explanation, self-regulation, open mind, problem solving, decision making and communication.

Wait! Critical Thinking In The Modern Information Era paper is just an example!

No one can think critically at all times, because as human beings we can think in any way, especially at those moments when we are invaded by anger, pain or joy. However, critical thinking can be worked and improved, according to the current mentality. Most of the time it is possible to learn to improve the critical thinking capacity by developing certain routine activities and applying them to all the problems that arise, becoming a task that requires persistence and practice.

Critical thinking is a quality of human intelligence, and as each person is unique, this thought cannot be universal for all individuals, who may even be subject to episodes of irrational thought, therefore, their quality depends on thedepth of experience in a given area, which evolves and implies a constant effort throughout life.
