Our beautiful and appreciated Latin America is characterized by being a multicultural and multilingual region, the 671 indigenous peoples (approximately) are willing to the old and new inequities. To the countries of independent peoples considered indigenous for the fact of descending in the populations that inhabit the country, or in a geographical region to which the country belong at the time of the conquest or the colonization or the establishment of the current state borders andThat, whatever their social and/or legal status, they retain all their own social, economic, cultural and political institutions.

Developing

Multicultural society

The reality of culture and its diversity, is considered as the modes of human realization the lifestyle, its worldview, the way to place oneself and others, before nature and transcendence, so it is necessary to highlight a remarkabledifference. Cultural diversity does not mean cultural pluralism, the idea of pluralism contains the notion of equality, which is privileged in the discussion and in it recognizing the peers, while the idea of diversity is crossed by the notion of hierarchy.

In this way, racist discourse, for example, contains the idea of diversity and presupposes that there are different breeds, a superior race and another submissive against it. Therefore, the right to pluralism is necessary in the current situation of our country, which must be executed with different aspects.

Wait! Cultural Appropriation In Latin America paper is just an example!

In the different domains such as the education and management of the rich diversity and biodiversity of our country, the questions that question the monocultural vision of government policies, to the propositions of re -founding state apparatus, capable of assuming the ecological, social, social, political and cultural of our environment; It is necessary to know, value and tolerate the various forms of expressions throughout our sovereign territory;promoting it through the greatest source, education, our cultures and its different customs reviewing with greater ethnology.

The defense of the recognition of cultural rights and respect for difference training contradictions. One of them is that the affirmation of cultural or ethnic rights of native peoples or ethnic groups that live within a nation-state can promote fundamentalist positions that deny their members the right to choose in the name of solidarity and identitycultural. On the other hand, there is a risk of essentializing tradition. In fact, the political movements that have gone spokesmen of local populations are usually based on assumption that share a common oppression or are inherited from some authentic tradition.

Globalization as threat cultural diversity

A hypothetical result of all the creation of new cultural contexts accepting and living together, cultural systems are challenged or being intimidated by the macroprocess of globalization, which does not reduce the current situation of the country regarding the conservation of cultural diversity; This macroprocess has become an interpretive reference as the main factor of injustice, ignorance, ungovernability and dehumanization of the world.

This current situation marks the homogenizing processes notoriously and gives us a clear notice that the immense people in this process will be seen as those who do not care if they have cultural rights or simply do not have them. This "carelessness" of cultural rights is not only due to the globalization process, but also to certain cardinal points that afflict a society where political tensions and ideologies surround this set of processes are mostly.

The different native peoples, descendants of migrants and populations assimilated to Western culture coexist daily, can lead to those peoples to a dead end, because the possibility of creating a common action platform for those subjects or groups that are in an excluded position orsubordinate and could disperse them in multiple actions in the name of their different ethnic or cultural origins and thus lose their ancestral roots; That is why globalization is the great harmful process of the native peoples in addition to the loss of their entrenched customs.

conclusion

The current sociolinguistic situation referred to indigenous languages and their speakers, to the extent that those are related to the educational offer that the respective states have structured for vernacular-speaking students and with their educational needs and demands education plans in their respectivelanguage. In this regard, it should be noted that the analysis of these languages as instruments of social constructions of reality and communication, and, to that extent, also as cultural transmission vehicles.

This linguistic-cultural conflict not totally alien to students, it is necessary. The totalitarian and controlling primacy of this tradition has been so that the education professionals have self-expired, designing detailing profiles that will rarely be able to achieve.
