First, we have European culture. This culture has been the cradle of great artistic forms both in music, painting, architecture, literature or art in general. For example, from the time of the illustration, the opera stands out, as developed in the Baroque. The latter of the Italy area. 1 Although there is archaeological and genetic evidence that before the Indo -Europeans there were contributions since the east mainly linked to the expansion of agriculture. There are a few evidence of the preindereuropeas of Europe although it is difficult to properly classify these languages.

The industry was fundamental in the history of Europe, forming the main cities of tourist interest. Due to the industrial revolution, the most productivity geographical areas were varying becoming new more conducive to industrial development thus favoring a more productive trade. We then have the Central American culture. In general terms Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua are influenced and identified by an ethnography, culture, economy and history in singular and for being related and having more relations with Mexico. This means that these countries if they have their own culture but many customs and traditions come from other countries.

The Mesoamerican tradition fed by Mayan and Aztec cultures;the chibcha tradition fed by Chibcha and Caribes cultures; The African tradition made up of black cultures and the Spanish tradition with the strong features of Galician and Andalusian cultures, these cultural traditions constitute the general culture of Central America. To these cultural traditions we add some traditions of Europe, China, Egypt, Arabs, etc., They have also left their mark on Central America. The official language of the Central American countries is Spanish, except Belize.

Many families of pre-Hispanic languages still survive, the most important demographically is the Mayense family, although the Lenmichí family (Lecha-Misulmalpa-Chibcha) that extends to South America is also important because of its extension) that extends to South America. Mayan languages constitute a linguistic family formed by about 26 related languages, spoken in Mesoamerica. These languages are spoken by at least 6 million indigenous descendants of the ancient Maya, mainly in Guatemala.

In 1996, Guatemala formally recognized 21 Mayan languages by name and Mexico recognized another 8 that were not spoken in Guatemala.Although American languages would have a common origin, since it is speculated that the remote ancestors of American populations probably emigrated, through the Beringia Strait, from Asia to this continent, currently, and as a result of changes that occurred in them for thousands ofyears, they are, in most cases, mutually unintelligible.

To conclude, it is known that culture is important for each nation, and there is not only one culture for all countries and regions, but there are different traditions in the different Central American and European regions. It is also known that every development initiative must be relevant to the cultural characteristics and aspirations of the people. This means that cultural development depends on society and the way it is evolving.
