How to Make Up Your Mind to Succeed
Apparently, every person’s big question and worry becomes whether the personal perceptions play a key role in handling failures in life. Essentially, there are two types of mindsets in which people are classified depending on how they respond to their fate concerning failures and success. Firstly, fixed mindset people have a belief that the talents are inborn; thus they are destined to prosper no matter the case (Reader’s Digest Editors, Np). They handle their failure with lies, blames, withdrawal and avoidance of the future risks or challenges. On the contrary, growth mindset people have a belief that no talent is genetically acquired thus one has to put personal efforts to learn and gain prosperity. Consequently, they handle their failure by applying most immediate and necessary steps. Having a job that gives an individual the opportunity to learn, earn monetary incentives and enhance the responsibility in relationships is the key to being successful.
First, having a job that provides opportunities to keep learning is essential to have a growth mindset and being successful. Everyone is born with a growth mindset; however, the people we interact with may alter to the fixed mindset (Reader’s Digest Editors, Np). The job that one has should not be solely oriented in earning monetary benefits but also self-empowerment with knowledge. Essentially, to acquire job satisfaction, be in a position to learn and earn simultaneously.

Additionally, it is important to learn how to take responsibility in relationships by not blaming others. According to Reader’s Digest (Np) “the whole point of marriage is to encourage each other’s development.” Instead of condemns, each person in a relationship, each person should be devoted to encourage and empower each other to prosperity. It implies that, for one to be successful, good relations would be a vital tool.
In conclusion, the key to being successful is having a job that gives a person the opportunity to learn, earn and take part in enhancing his or her responsibility in relationships. The mindset determines the perspective an individual has on the failure that occurs. A growth mindset is essential for the prosperity of any person. Consequently, the success of the individuals and community at large would be achieved. To hasten prosperity, an individual should acquire and practice towards the development of a growth mindset.
