Chick-fil-A was established by Truett Cathy. The Chain has progressed in the latest years, as it multiplies across the United States with approximately the best sandwiches of fried-chicken in the nation. The eatery Chain’s title is extracted from “Chicken fillet,” with the “A” at the close symbolizing maximum quality, according to the restaurant. Each Chick-fil-A outlet is always closed on Sundays. Cathy initiated the practice when he established the Dwarf Grill (Tyler, 2015). He regularly stated that his choice was as considerably practical as mystical. He believed that all authorized Chick-fil-A workers and their eatery employees must have a chance to rest, expend time with friends and family, and worship. WinShape foundation is a charity funded by the Chick-fil-A and has an all-inclusive program devoted to nuptial but not the marriage of same-sex. WinShape offers Christian wedding counseling, private retreats for couples, and also date notions. Chick-fil-A’s religious standing instills exceptional morals on the employees and strict principles on how to carry out business. The employees feel motivated because they have at least one day off a week every Sunday (Green, 2014). Due to such a fine working environment, the employees provide excellent customer service. The employees are hardworking, quick and provide convenient service besides ensuring that the restaurant is clean. Since highly regarded client service is rare in fast food staff, Chick-fil-A is able to attract more and more customers.
Such attributes are consequences of religious standing and therefore have a positive effect on the organization. The chain portrays some level of honesty and respect for humanity in its entire spectrum due to its strong religious values. People are attracted to the restaurant because they know that they cannot be conned or overcharged.
The chains principles give it a competitive advantage and therefore beating other businesses in the industry. At one point, an employee of the restaurant was spotted chasing a car to deliver some items a customer had ordered and forgot them (Root, 2018). The level of honest demonstrated in the chain gives a good reputation for the company.
The fact that the restaurant demonstrates its position and beliefs of Christianity in diverse ways, there are many people who are enticed and feel good to be associated with such a company. Therefore, they choose to visit the chain on the basis of its religious values, unlike other restaurants that lack known values. The management of the chain is guided by Christian values when making a decision and therefore the decisions are often rational and acceptable by a vast population. Therefore, the Chick-Fil-A’s religious standing has led to numerous benefits that include high customer attraction hence making huge profits. In many aspects, the restaurant’s religious standing have a positive effect on the organization.
