Data Analysis and Conclusion
The researcher acting as an instrument in a qualitative study can best ensure that the data analysis and conclusion are trustworthy by observing the iteration process also known as the constant comparative method. The proper data analysis requires planning, time and precision. In the constant comparative method, the researcher collects data from a specific field, analyses it for certain patterns, then goes back to the same field to collect the same sample, and analyses it again, however, the second time a more detailed analysis (Leedy, Newby, & Ertmer, 2005).
The researcher observes the second sample for similar patterns, contradictions and clarity. The iteration process can be done several times, and ensures that the data is analyzed comprehensively. Once the data found on the samples which have been collected by the five main study method: case study, ethnographic, phenomenological studies, grounded theory studies and content analysis is accurately analyzed, the conclusion drawn is also accurate and trustworthy, and lacks any biasness.
Current Graduate Student
The section under “current graduate student” has five forms which act a guidance for the students on their course and research. The forms are of various nature and include: Course of study form, substitution form, Graduate committee and Option approval form, Thesis regulation document, and Name, gender or social security number change form.

The course of study form shows the list of all courses that a student will take during the master’s degree. The student is required to file the course of study form before accumulation of 25 quarter credits towards the master’s degree. The form might be submitted earlier in the cases where the student is applying for fellowships, financial aid or grants.
The substitution form is filled when the student requires to replace a class on the course of study with a different class. The form is important since in the course of study a student may realize that they would need to change a class or add another class. The forms make it possible. Without the form, it would be impossible to change a class or add an extra class.
The Graduate committee and option Approval form lists the graduate committee and the course options which include thesis, examination and projects that the student is choosing for the course. The student is required to file the graduate school as soon as they have selected the thesis option. It is imperative to come up with the thesis earlier, since it may be used to access fellowships and grants.
The thesis regulations document ensures that the students follow the regulations set while completing their thesis option. It includes the declaring of the thesis option, the use of Human or subject’s approval process, the formatting, documentations standards and submission. On the human or animal approvals, any research in CWU that entails using animals or human participants requires a review and approval by CWU’s human and animal protection administrators. The approvals are to ensure that the animals and people used are not exposed to danger.
The name, gender, or social security number form is an important document especially when changes have been made to a student’s name, gender or social security number. The form ensures that the changes made are registered into the school system and saved for reference, and also for record purposes. It is imperative to provide all required documentations such as marriage certificates.
