The recruitment process is essential for the organization as it determines the competencies of potential employees and matches them with the required skills for an organization. Recruitment process requires consideration of the employment entitlements, conditions, the level of payments and other costs associated with employment which includes the training needs and skills (Bailey, n.pag). Recruitment allows flexibility while making work arrangements as the process involves the evaluation of employee skills which match with recommended skills for an organization. This paper focuses on evaluating into details the recruitment process at XZ organization.
The initial stage in the process of recruitment at XZ organization entails job advertisement. This step of recruitment ensures that the job advertisement is conducted in regards to the existing laws for instance avoidance of using discriminatory language. Also, XZ organization put measures during job advertisement which ensure that there is no discrimination of potential employees regarding political, marital status, sex, color, age, and social origin. The organization ensures that job advertisement enhances equality and diversity in the existing positions (Bailey, n.pag). The organization advertises job opening through local newspapers, social media, placing ads on organization website and through word of mouth where employees inform potential applicants about the job opening.

Successful candidates are selected based on selection merit scale which arranges the candidates. The selected candidates are further invited for interviews. The interviews involve face to face and online where candidates are expected to undertake tests that measure their competencies. The candidates are interviewed based on the job descriptions which ensures that selected candidates meet desired descriptions. The process of interviewing ensures that the questions asked are related to the position advertised. The questions asked for help in the understanding of experiences, qualifications and determining if the applicant meets the job description (Bailey). Standard questions are set for every applicant, and a panel is selected to compare the right applicants for the position. The panel has the mandate of recommending the appropriate candidate for the position. After the interview, successful candidates are shortlisted and invited for training. The candidates are given the terms of employment which includes the salary they should receive and other employment terms such as welfare and benefits. Internal environment is essential for physical therapy as it helps in self-assessment of factors casing the stressing situation. However, after I assesses the internal environment, I was compelled to offer advice which could help in physical therapy. Then, formal documentation is done which includes the offer of employment (Nosse 105). The follow-up process ensures that successful candidates receive adequate training for their respective job positions. In the organization XZ, the selection process can be improved by integrating current methods of selection which include the use of an application that matches candidate competencies with the job description. This enhances evaluation of individual character as its essential in formulating employment. However, the method appears to be efficient for the selection process as it includes all the essential steps for the selection process.
The above process enhances good hire for employees in XZ organization. The process is detailed and integrates current methods of recruitment, selection and hiring process. The process has enabled organization XZ to be ranked as the best in the region through employing employees who match the competencies and requirements of the specific job.
