Escalating Menace of Nursing Shortages and the Need for the Reformation of Healthcare Policy
The healthcare concern in Wisconsin that needs my advocacy with an elected official such as the senator is nursing shortages in the entire sector. The less number of nurses working in the specified sector all over my state have contributed to patient neglect as well as the compromised quality of healthcare offered to patients. Primarily, the rationale which forms the fundamental reason for highlighting this healthcare concern in my state is that the less number of nurses in healthcare centers has made nurses provide low-quality care to patients. As such, the advantages of employing enough nurses especially in the triage sections remain poorly understood in Wisconsin, and this is astonishing. The impetus that drives me to voice my concerns to an elected official representing my state is that there have been increasing incidences interfering with patient safety while seeking treatment for various ailments. The type of occurrences includes caring neglect as well as procedural neglect (Reader & Gillespie, 2013).
In a way, I would convince the elected official to understand the importance of increasing the staff levels in the industry in Wisconsin especially in setting a category for those who would be tasked with administrative duties as well as those who would be responsible for the provision of care from the triage stage until discharge.

Wait! Escalatin Menace of Nursing Shortages and the Need for the Reformation of Healthcare Policy revised paper is just an example!

Specialization is efficient. Ideally, the broadcast model is the model of policymaking that I feel would be best applied to my policy concern on nursing shortages in Wisconsin (Mason, 2015). It employs the use of the power of the media to generate activist groups to put escalating pressure that will make the elected official come into action and address the issue with speed. The rationale for the selection of this model is that the television, film, and radio have for several years been utilized to communicate messages to various consumers as well as policy makers hence fits as the best approach (Mason, 2015).
