Enforcing different immigration laws is often tough for most governments around the globe. The 3200 immigrants are staying in the southern part of Gainesville increase in number by the day, and this makes it hard to account for all of them. The hardest part is when the state desires to enforce different immigration policies on them, as this will make them fear to seek police assistance leading to increased crime in the region.
Humphries (2004) confirms that the police have a mandate of arresting aliens who have violated the set laws according to the provisions set in the constitution. After the arrests are made, they are usually supposed to contact the immigration officers within a specified period. It is, therefore, clear that the power to arrest and detain such immigrants is set in the broad spectrum of police officers to arrest the offenders.
To ensure law and order, the police are therefore supposed to arrest all the undocumented immigrants and seek consent from the immigration office on how to deal with them (Law, 2009). Arresting and deporting immigrants is the only secure way to ensure the safety of the citizens and other immigrants who are documented in the region. It, however, occurs that if such policies are reinforced most immigrants will not seek police protection in the event of crimes, and this may lead to the escalation of the vice. The police should, however, deal with such matters as enumerated in their manuals and work plans.

They should endeavor to protect all the citizens and aliens alike while upholding the rule of law. This will reduce the events of illegal immigrants and crime rates will also decline considerably.
Political subdivisions might be the order of the day when immigrants are sent parking or arrested. This has currently been witnessed by US Congress members who have accused their president of spending more money on deportations. The introduction and enforcement of immigration laws often lead to rifts created by different politicians who are against such operations.
Socially, in the event of arresting immigrants most of them hate the citizens and stay together angered with much desire to revenge. This brings about rivalry and increased crime rates that should be avoided at all costs. The cultural ties of staying together and loving one another as people of the same blood are often cut when immigrants are arrested and deported. However the need to uphold ethical responsibilities among the people can be affected when the police and other law enforcement agencies deny their duty of arresting and prosecuting immigrants.
It is vital to note that most industries in the region and many others often make use of immigrants when labor needs arise. The use of immigrants deplorable work situations is common as opposed to the common citizens. Deporting or arresting immigrants will mean minimal labor force in most industries when such a need in inherently important. However, budget pressures might be the resultant effect of arrests and immigration policy implementation.
In conclusion, there is a need to provide tough boarder control laws that can keep away immigrants rather than deporting them after they settle. This will reduce the rates of crime and overall budget allocations. The immigration policies should also be clear and followed by all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations while dealing with the menace.

To be honest, I hate writing. That’s why when my professor assigned me with coursework, I just took the easy way out and hired StudyZoomer to assist me. I’m absolutely satisfied with the result, no flaws.
