Abstract
Migraine and stroke are disorders that usually disturb the neurons and cause a burden that is socially and economically. Researchers have found a link between them and some theories have been generated to explain the relation that is bidirectional between them. There have not been clear causes on the development of the disorders. People who suffer from migraine may suffer from a stroke if measures used to prevent stroke are not taken into consideration (Gryglas, & Smigiel, 2017). The prevalent theory of the migraine-stroke relation is that there is an association of the spread of depression, inflammation of the neuron, genetic defects shared among the generations, dysfunction of the endovascular and also increased risk of vascular conditions. There has not been any evidence of prevention technique to prevent people suffering from migraine to decrease the chances and risks to get a stroke. For women who have migraines in companion with aura, should avoid smoking and also using contraceptives which have high levels of estrogen since they are risk factors to getting a stroke. There is a big gap to get recommendations to prevent migraine and stroke for the future reduction in prevalence.
Keywords: A migraine, stroke, migraine with aura, migraine relates to stroke.

Ethical Issues in Research
Migraine is common and affects the neurons which are resulted from excessive sensitization and excitation. Migraine is associated with more than just some headache but is accompanied by an acute ischemic type of stroke especially among young women who have an aura.

Wait! ethical issues in research paper is just an example!

Migraine is associated with some headache which is intensive and last for four to seventy-two hours. The pain is accompanied with some nausea, sensitivity to light and sound and also vomiting. The condition starts in the very early years of 12, and the most affected population is the age of 20-50 years.
Some of the social-economic burdens people suffering from a migraine include the medical costs to manage the condition, reduced work capacities in their occupations, and in some cases psychological burdens when they suffer from inability and disability. In a migraine and stroke conditions, all ethical guidelines in research should comply. Most ethics should be based on the treatment, prevention and also understanding the conditions intensively. Treatment on stoke for people suffering from migraines should be established and continued with the recommended therapies that reduce risk factors.
There are five common ethical issues that everyone conducting research should consider. The population sample should have an informed consent that research is being administered to them. The beneficence should not be harmed, and there should be more benefits outweighing the risks (Bryman, 2016). Also, all the beneficence should be respected uniformity, and a sense of confidentiality should be considered. The respect for privacy should be considered and if the beneficence wants to withdraw should not be restricted.
In conclusion, migraines should be encouraged to manage all risks which can cause a stroke. Some of the risk factors to risk that should be managed include obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and hypertension.
