Feedback Paper on a Review of Research Study
The review of the study titled Difficulties with Multitasking on Return to Work after TBI: A Critical Case Study briefly introduces the research study in the first paragraph. The review, however, fails to introduce the authors. Instead, the review quotes the authors directly. Additionally, the reviewer supposedly did not understand the main points. This is because a review should not be used to summarize the research paper but rather analyze its presentation (Perneger, 2004). In the first paragraph alone, the review heavily summarizes the research study by including definitions instead of presenting the research problem and questions.
However, the review is able to identify the data collection method used for the research study while at the same time detailing its efficiency. The review also captures the relevance of the method in relation to the study’s objectives and highlights the measurement methods of the research in order to illustrate the effectiveness of the data collected (Vogel, 2016). At the same time, the recruitment method of the respondents is well outlined. The review is able to show how the research study used the data collected to support its main ideas. I, however, feel that the review should have indicated the research methodology and analysis methods employed in the research.
Additionally, the review outlines the findings from the research study well.

Wait! Feedback Paper on a Review of reasearch Study paper is just an example!

The discussion of the research study is well presented together with its clear hypotheses. The review also captures the discussions of the research study and how the findings from the research can be applied to the relevant field. It, however, fails to properly illustrate the limitations of the research and the scope of the research paper (Coughlan, Cronin & Ryan, 2007). Lastly, although the review captures the conclusions of the research, it somehow fails to mention the presence or lack of recommendations made by researchers.
