The Four Fit Model is the best model one can use to build his or her character. It incorporates all the useful dimensions of leading a good and quality life. Many successful people have employed the use of this model and became successful and popular athletes, politicians, corporate leaders, and world-class academicians. Fit mind as a component of Fit Four Model involves a person’s intellectual and psychological element of popular character that a person can have. Fit hearts is a crucial component of the model since it enables a person to appreciate diversity and coexists well with all people irrespective of their ages, political views, racial or cultural background among other elements of diversity. Fit heart enables people to have effective emotional awareness and built trust and respect. Fit bodies encompass various dimensions of the healthy lifestyle such as eating healthy foods, exercising and being physically active. The fit soul is a component of the model that is both intangible and invisible. This component helps people follow Christian teachings and other important religious teachings. Barack Obama is the best example of a leader who can be described as a person who displays all the characters of the Fit Four Model.
Introduction
Barrack Obama is the 44th president of the United States. This is one exciting leader I have always wanted to emulate. I choose Barack Obama as my role model because his life reflects all the components of the Four Fit Model.

Regarding the Fit Mind component of the model, Obama is an excellent intellectual with an illustrious career as a lawyer before he became a senator and subsequently the President of the United States. Obama successful waded through several challenges as the first black president courtesy of his critical thinking skills and excellent oratory skills that ensured he consistently portrayed a good self-image. Obama succeeded as the president since he understood societal differences, people’s views and the nature of communities living in the United States. He opened his mind to the outside world garnering more support beyond US borders. Obama embodies the true spirit of a person with a fine heart. His picture greeting children from a multiracial background and the general reaction to Charlottesville events generated the most debate and interaction online. As a person from a mixed-race background, Obama easily interacts with people from diverse cultures. His family’s roots can be traced to several cultures across the world. Fit heart enables people to have effective emotional awareness and built trust and respect (Håkansson, 2010).Obama has shown great emotional awareness and respect for other people’s emotions compared to the current president of the United States. At his age, Obama can be easily misunderstood to be a person in his early 40s. He has been able to maintain a great physical outlook. He is a sporty man who plays basketball and golf. He there fits well in the fit bodies component of the Fit Four Model. Speaking to Christianity Today in January 2008, Obama said he was not only a Christian but a devout Christian who has a strong belief in redemption as a result of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This is a strong religious commitment from a person who was brought up in a non-religious background and describes his father a “confirmed atheist.”
Conclusion
Barack Obama is the best example of a leader who can be described as a person who displays all the characters of the Fit Four Model. This has enabled him to succeed in his political and family life.
