Gender inequality in the world

All human beings we are born with our similar organs, it is our reproductive system that makes us direct and mark the existence of what characterizes us as men and women. From our birth they mold us according to the stigmas created by our society.

That is, through our biological characteristics, such as sex, skin color, nationality are those that make us obtain certain roles in our society. With the passing of time, stereotypes have been implemented where females have roles differences than men. The unfortunate thing about all this is that they have been normalized being these justified by society and cataloged as correct. Starting towards a society full of beliefs where a sex has more power and the opposite inferiority. Putting man as the sex that predominates in all areas.

In order to devalue and minimize the role of women in professional fields, capacities and position before society. The treatment, discrimination, violence and countless acts are those that are directed towards women only by the simple fact of being born like this, women. Most likely we have all participated in gender inequality, since these begin from the closest that is home, even in the work area. Eventually we are acquiring more age in our homes, they teach us that strong work is done by men such as cutting gramma, passing pressure machine, painting the home basically work done outside the home that require strength. So, women have to do the work inside the home such as cooking, cleaning of the home, washing clothes, care of children things cataloged as simple to do where women cannot be recognized.

Wait! Gender Inequality In The World paper is just an example!

In professional roles it equally happens, we always hear that architects, astronauts, police, firefighters are commanded by the male genre and are jobs that men can only do. In the same way we see it in the political sphere where women rare at the same time in these executive positions and it is not that there are no women in politics, the situation is that they are not recognized for their work and merit in this area. There are highly trained women to perform those same tasks. Therefore women can occupy vacancies in secretaries, teachers, cashiers work that society itself does not recognize as an important job.

Sadly I have had to live in my work, where comments arise that belittle the ability of women to perform a strong job. Not only that, in the same way we have a salary below as that of men by performing the same occupation. This makes me question whether this way of living that we carry with these inequalities of genres are correct. Of course not! They are not correct, it dislikes and it is unfortunate to see how they belittle us because they are women. If we get a better treatment, a quality of life and our rights are respected we achieve equality. If we all fulfill our responsibilities in the same way I do not understand why there is still inequalities.

At present we can see feminist movements which recognize women’s contributions to society, the claim of their sexual rights and decision -making about their body. Through this movement it was given the meaning and value that women must have.
