Sociocultural Psychology
Question 1
For years, psychologists have tried to describe the cause of human behavior in relation to how people behave and interact with other people in the society. The sociocultural perspective has been used in this case to provide a detailed analysis of the root of human behavior in response to the social and cultural factors surrounding them.
Question 2
Sociocultural psychology is a branch of human psychology meant to help one understand human behavior and their reaction to their surrounding especially the rules defining their social relationships and social groups. Sociocultural perspective reveals the ability of one’s social group and surrounding to affect how the people behave. Some of the social groups and surrounding, in this case, include gender, social class, race, ethnicity, and cultural background.
An example is a comparison between a poor and a rich child educational background. In each case, the child is exposed to different environments governed by different set of rules. According to Markus & Hamedani (2007), the environment one is subjected to throughout their childhood development influences their thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs. When children are born, they are considered to have the same mindset. As they grow up, they are subject to different ideologies, culture, and moral laws hence the difference in the behavior of a child from a low-income family and another from a wealthy family.

Wait! Genetics and Behavior paper is just an example!

Based on the same ideology of a poor and a wealthy child, Jane from a low-income family works one weekend on a firm with his parents. Every Saturday morning, she wakes up at 6 am and accompanies the parents to work at a flower farm. On the other hand, Helen from a wealthy family, at the same age, is scheduled to have tuition at 11 am so she spends the rest of the morning sleep because she hates waking up early during the weekend. She considers her Saturday morning as a day for resting after a long week of school.
Both Jane and Helen are subject to different family and economic environment. Their differing environment influences their idea of how to spend a Saturday morning. Jane prefers helping her parents to work to earn a living for the family while Helen prefers to rest since her family is already financially stable. In this case, they both have different mental and behavioral characteristics influenced by their environment.

I need to work a lot; that’s why I really didn’t have a single minute to focus on my thesis writing. These guys from Essay-samples are real saviors. I don’t know how they knew what my professor expected to receive, but they definitely succeeded.
