Hate crimes in Toronto Canada are considered to be the primary challenge to many immigrants from different backgrounds; cultures and nationality that reside within the boundaries of the city .various ideological perspectives have motivated the conflicts within Toronto triggered by ignorant and uneducated groups. Due to multiculturism these cases of crimes as reported by Toronto police primarily because of the difference in one nationality, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, language, color, religion and gender. Due to these differences, one may be subjected to assault, alienated, stigmatized, killed, biases in jobs selection and persistent threats since they are associated with wrongdoings or norms that do not practice in the community as in the case of LGBQT (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexual, Queer and Transgender) community. Furthermore, the black and Jewish communities are victims of these discriminations acts caused by local citizens, (Herek et al, 2002).
Moving forward: ongoing learning
Due to pro-active education, the case of hate crimes has significantly reduced between the year 2014 and 2015.These excellent education has facilitated the entire communities to recognize and universally combat discrimination for unity. Perhaps citizens are enlightened to discourage conflicts offenses that lead to instability and societal segregation based on religion and racial profiling. Despite all efforts by all institutions campaigns against this common threat some cases are still reported, such as assault, discrimination and threats.

Social perception should be encouraged in a positive way to discourage victimizations and association of other tribes with cases such as terror attacks, spies and religious radicalizations linked to ISIS. The good social relationship among the residents of Toronto should be streamlined by all organizations and public institutions to create harmony and peace to everybody, which will motivate them to conduct their daily endeavors freely.
Self-analysis
Hate crimes in Toronto have not only cause conflicts among the communities but also the national cohesion, social reputation and overall economic building have substantially reduced. The cohesion is reduced that brings togetherness and unity for common objective such as participation or contribution toward the realization of a set vision. Despite government intervention, several offenses are still recorded which it is belief to be triggered these prevailing ideologies such as religion, political difference and white supremacy. I consider being the responsibility for all societies and affected groups to educate their colleagues on the need for unity so as to share their expertise and knowledgeable ideas rather than dwelling on cultural differences that they have,( Van,1995).
Dominant ideologist /discourses
. Political, religious difference and white supremacy have been the main triggers that heightened the causes of discrimination, racial profiling toward the black, Jewish and LGBGT communities. The native citizens believe that these other groups or religion can adversely interfere with their smooth running of their national development activities. The introduction of a new idea in Toronto is viewed as the symbol of the entrance of unwanted acts such as crimes and terror attacks that are feared most even by the ruling authorities. The majority of the native citizens of Canada, promote this global threat of racial profiling, social amenities that belong to the public have been the Centre of this discriminations judgments. For instance, a Muslim wearing traditional clothing at college may face a lot of challenges that include offensive comments, incessant teasing and mutual harassment from his or her fellow students. Political, religious difference and white supremacy have been the main triggers that heightened the causes of discrimination, racial profiling toward the black, Jewish and LGBGT communities,( Kahan, 2001).
Structural power
Societal families, government intervention, and educational system are the main key players that stimulate the dominant ideologies to hastened crime rates experienced by other nationalities that inhabit the city of Toronto. Furthermore, media and social institution are the key players of spreading gossips about Islamophobia and their violence associated with Islamic radicals such as ISIS. The political administration that exists, work with the effort of upholding and providing all necessary services to its native citizens first. All the local authorities consist of various departments so that all services they provided reached the resident on time
Proposed solutions
The enactment of Toronto human rights codes have been instrumental in ensuring fairness and equality amongst all citizens that inhabit Toronto with all dignity despite their difference in religion, race and sexual orientation. Furthermore, victims of racism should report their grievances to the nearby human right commission, national anti-racism council and internal police departments. They are required to record all their complaints without any fear as they are provided with a link that is private and confidential. National awareness programs should be formalized in all institutions and government agencies to sensitize public against any dangers of cultural segregation and discriminations acts instead of unifying for joint national development
Social and individual changes
According to my opinion, societies and communities should be taught on how they can relate between themselves irrespective of their social, political and cultural difference. Political supremacy and ultimate hatred should be abolished to provide a competitive environment that is equal for all individuals. The existing stereotypes that motivate racism and discrimination must be highlighted well, and victims should be encouraged to report their complaints to the respective organizational,( Sullaway,2004). The government institution should prioritize the introduction of educational curriculum that state and address the consequences that arise if discrimination is abolished throughout the entire nation in term of social, cultural, political, environmental and economic development.
