Hard skills are all those competencies directly linked to the tasks performed by a person staying in the knowledge and skills on specific topics. All the competences that I have highlighted are fundamental for the development of good leadership at a personal level, but an important element that influences each of these is needed, and it is emotional intelligence, such intelligence depends on:

  •  Auto Image: It is focused on the mental perspective one of itself. 
  • AUTO CONCEPT: It is the ability to comment on oneself to improve personal aspects. 
  • Auto Control: It is the ability to master emotions, thoughts, behaviors and desires of self-controlling body behavior. 
  • Auto perception: It is the way in which each individual interprets their own personality and actions
  • Auto esteem: self – esteem is a set of perceptions, thoughts, evaluations, feelings and trends of behaviors directed towards oneself, towards our way of being, and towards the features of our body and our character. 

 

Taking into account the concepts mentioned above, we can see that no person is born with all of them developed, so we can determine that those born with qualities have nothing different from those who can lack them since in both cases they must developAll of them to be a good leader.
