How to Bring Change to People in the United States
I strongly consider that the best way to bring change to a country is through education. Education is the mother of all changes. Educated citizens are more prepared to contribute to the country in more ways than uneducated denizens would. However, education in the United States can be a controversial subject, and most governments and media fail to address them accordingly.
With these words, I do not mean to diminish the importance of government regarding education. Instead, I aim to show a balanced account of the things government has done, and my suggestions for a change that starts with education.
It is known that the American school system provides every child and teenager the right to undergraduate and graduate schools. Sadly, many teenagers that finish high school, never get tertiary education. This and the complicated nature of college admission exams discourages many prospective students from entering a college or university. Also, as schools become more challenging, young Americans learn more in high school than their parents did during their university years, making college education something desired but not necessarily needed. This paradigm has shunned way skilled trades as people see them as something of the “lower classes.”
Nevertheless, with the current unemployment rates, entering the workforce without a degree can severely hinder people’s chances of getting a job that allows them to maintain an adequate living standard.

Wait! if you wish to bring change to people in USA what it will be paper is just an example!

I would suggest a series of measures that I consider necessary to improve the quality and availability of college education in our country.
For instance, the core subjects of undergraduate programs should be available for free in state-owned community colleges as a way to encourage people regardless their age to get college education as a way to learn something and improve their living standards. In the same way, I consider that skilled trades’ schools are necessary to those who are not willing to go through college education but want to learn a trade to support themselves and their families.
As we know, most of the secondary education students consider school as something boring. To fight that, and keep them educated, web lectures and classes could be developed. The students go to school in designed hours and connect online to receive their lectures.
Teachers are another capital issue. The country should invest even more in training better teachers. Teaching should not be regarded as an undesirable task. Instead, teachers should be praised, and their wages should be higher than many other professions. In the same way, schools could hire teachers abroad as long as they pass a series of proficiency tests as a way to turn education into something that also puts you in touch with another cultures and helps you learning different skills not necessarily related to high school education.
Also, schools could use voluntary teachers that help full-time instructors as a way to learn the ropes and immerse in the teaching experience before teaching.
Last, the best way to bring change to people in the country would be generating a system where if you are not a full-time employee you should study something, as a way to acquire an education. Not a profession; education. Part-time workers could attend to courses; lectures; seminars as a way to keep themselves educated and contribute to their work and their intelligence to the future of the country.
