The objective of this approach is to create a communication that brings endless sets that group it. Facilitate everything through words, gestures, signs, key numbers, marks and everything that allows communicating the message between the coach with his perceptors and vice versa.

It is possible to carry out this idea in different fields, but in which it would have the most relevance on the field, that is, during a game. In this place, communication is carried out, this language is implemented, signs are used that achieve visual contact between perceptors in turn causing an ideal, group and focused approach to the same point. Initially there is the coach, who is in charge of clearly and properly transmit the information to his players applying assertive communication in his environment. The entire message released from his athletes is in order to perform the actions that are to be captured in the players. However, it is of the utmost importance that the receiver decodes the message as issued; in order to guarantee a simultaneous and embodied interpretation in the same way in all beings that are linked to the feedback that the technician performs.

Some coaches falter when addressing their players since they do not internalize the message they are sharing, overlooking that communication can become non -verbally by indicating knowledge through gestures used for the development of capabilities that this sport requires. Athletes in turn must have the quality of knowing how to address the indications of the teacher who is contributing and forming a process in each individual, ultimately generating a coach-athlete-athlete-training feedback, in which both can reconstruct the message, understand and develop it effectively in its different roles. All this refers to communication in both directions, which can be experienced in verbal words and application gestures on the playing field.

This would be the factor that indicates the good process that is being done between the coach and his percector, where the communication prevails ahead of the other factors. Thus, there will be a clean process, without noise and without any interference that affects the assertiveness of the communication among all the individuals that make up the communication process.

In conclusion, it can be said that generating assertive communication between the coach and its perceptors depends on the results obtained in the competences, their strategies and how they are executed to achieve these results.
