Trunk Club is an online clothing business that had originally been designed as a boutique service for men but has since grown to include style up women as well. Once customers get signed into the website, they are connected to a personal stylist who receives customer requests and preferences about their designs. With the help of the stylist, the customer gets to try out chosen items that are delivered at their homes and they can return anything they do not like.

Strengths

Weaknesses
Difficult navigation to specific items of interest since the main menu has generalised items into two major categories (men and women).
Focus on local market for business with insufficient engagement of markets outside the United States.
Opportunities
