Evidence can be termed as that situation or circumstance that requires proof to provide the truth. In cases where the court or the authorities are involved, the evidence is required in times of trials and litigation. It follows the path that evidence applies to proof and without the right proof evidence is destroyed and lacks meaning. Additionally, challenges regarding convictions, verdicts and judgments are made difficult (Pardo 1). Analyzing evidence involves gathering motives that can support the evidence at hand and make it applicable to a particular case. It deals with possibilities. The kind of materials or things that have a connection with a shred of evidence but are yet to be proved true. Probabilities associated with the evidence and predictions of underlying circumstances.
Every opinion and subject require evidence to present ideas that are understandable. The evidence needed is presented in two mindsets self-subversive thinking and confidence bulldozer (Schulz 362-367). The two methods impact a subject either positively or negatively. The bulldozer thinking is that thought, and confident individuals have when airing their views. This kind of people believes they can never be incorrect. They create no room for more opinions, and it does not matter what other parties believe. They are stuck to their views at all times and defend them when they get the opportunity. Unfortunately, they are not usually right at all times.
This act is dangerous to a conversation because it reduces the chances of digging deeper into pieces of evidence (Schulz 362-367).

Wait! Keeping Evidence paper is just an example!

Black lives involvement with the police has been over the years a major issue of concern. One time a case was presented in court where a white police officer had shot a black seventeen-year-old boy. It took the court one year to convict the accused. A video of the killing had been taken but even with the evidence at hand, the case took too long to be handled. The concern to raise loud voices to be heard can be very well related to bulldozer confidence method. This cause of action cannot be discussed calmly while injustice is knocking at the doors of the blacks. When voices are raised at the police, the only response the black people get is that they have hatred for the police and they do not respect the work they are doing. If the police are working towards a peaceful nation, they should do so without any acts of discrimination. The more the acts of discrimination, the more hatred and crime increases.
Protesting for what the blacks stand for is not a process where calmness is required. Standing by the truth sometimes requires turning heads and opinions away.
Self-subversive thinking is that though that individuals have when they intend to undermine something or people.
Since the seventeenth century, black people have been under surveillance for the time they worked as slaves in the plantation fields. The whites believed that the black people were inferior and they suppressed the room for any slave rebellion. The police were engaged, and their primary task was to keep control of a dark labor force that was feared at that particular time. The whites from the south of America resented the black officers who intended to arrest the whites. In those years, the blacks tried to fight for their rights with no evidence at hand. Today we have blacks working in the police department. The black citizens are at certain times engaged with the police. The new technology grants them an opportunity to present evidence in times of crime. A Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), will give clear evidence of incidences in the case of crimes.
The individuals involved to be particular the blacks; the police cannot claim not to know what to do with the evidence presented next to them. An example of a crime involving a white man stealing from a black’s shop will lead to punishment as per the evidence on the cameras. The suspect cannot claim to be accused of something they have not done.
Law enforcement officers pose a threat to the black community which contradicts with the swore to protect and serve all people. The blacks are being gunned down by the police because of their color. At often it is seen that the police use force to protect human life, but in the case where the suspect is unarmed, force is resisted. To the black suspects, force is applicable at all times whether suspects are armed or not armed. The white people have an obligation of changing their self-subversive thinking aspect about the black people. The only difference between them and the blacks is the color of their skin.
Evidence may be viewed as a collection of physical or nonphysical material that offer to reveal the truth. When you observe something, you get the outside view of the object. The evidence is thus the material inside and outside the object that gives us a whole perception of what we are dealing with. On physical evidence on the other hand will require a cause to actions to get real facts leading to the use of physical objects to support ideas. It, therefore, important to note that evidence is about particular propositions.
